Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product
• The item is significantly not as described

How to Request a Return

1. Email info@sasteco.co.uk with your order number and photos (if applicable)
2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps
3. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless due to our error.
